Pun Contest

I had just pulled a load of laundry out of my dryer when my friend and her family stopped by my house for a visit. We sent the kids downstairs to play and my friend and her husband sat on my couch to chat while I folded laundry in the living room. As we were chatting, I discovered a five dollar bill in my load of clean laundry.

My friends husband looked at me with a very solemn, shocked expression. "You could get in big trouble for that!" My heart dropped to my toes as I wracked my brain trying to think of what I could have done wrong. "You know it's illegal to launder money right?" He got me good with his "punny" joke. I laughed so hard. Puns are a hilarious source for the corny jokes, bad pick up lines, and all-around silliness. Leave your favorite puns in the comments.
